Requires Manager or Guild Administrator permissions

Overview

Most command-related configuration is done through the web dashboard’s permission page. This allows restricting commands based on roles, so you could optionally give Senior Moderators or Administrators higher privelleges:
PermissionCommands
ManagerUse Dashboard
Revoke/revokeinfraction, /unban
Ban/ban, /multiban
Mute/mute, /unmute
Show Logs/history, /stats, /moderations, /modlogs, /userinfo, /evidence replace (-ev), /evidence delete (-ev del), /note add (-note), /note remove, /find
Server administrators and owners will automatically have all of these permissions enabled.

Punishments

Unlike every other command, /punish <@user> <punishment> requires that you have at least one of the required roles for that punishment.
This allows restricting certain punishments from Helpers or Trial Moderators, for example, “Harassment”, which may warrant investigation from a more senior staff member.
